Top 10 Reasons I am glad he is the father of my children:
1. It makes chasing down two boys that much easier.
2. He has solid Christians morals..so I know we are on the same page when it comes to discipline (on most days)
3. He makes me feel like the best mommy in the world (even though I know that is far from true)
4. They (boys) sort of look like him (eyelashes and chin for sure) so there is hardly anyone questioning what the mailman looks like...
5. He is detailed oriented and a type A personality..of which I am NOT..so there is some balance...
6. He likes my cooking...regardless of the slop that I throw together and call dinner...and if that is not enough...he cleans up when its done!!
7. He takes the boys to run errands...so I can get a break
8. He builds some amazing train tracks for them too...
9. He makes the best on the stove popcorn..(thanks of course to his mom for the special training)
and last but not least...
10. He truely wants his boys to turn out to be God fearing young men...
Top 10 Reasons Rocco Loves his daddy..
1. He buys me Christmas presents
2. Because I love everybody
3. He builds me cool tracks
4. He takes me to the car show on the metro
5. He reads me stories
6. He takes me to the home depot to see the forklifts
7. He dances with me on the stage
8. He sings to me
9. He takes me to baseball games
10. He tucks me in at night

Rocco and Meagan waiting patiently (yeah right!!) for the roasting of the marshmallows (mostly they fought over their little camping chairs the entire time)
Roman had the best seat in the house for a long 4 mile trek with 3 toddlers...and yes we ARE crazy!!!
Our lovely campsite with one tuckered out little camper-he probably walked 3 of the 4 miles- and now he is ready to go jump in the nice cool lake.
We are all looking a little grouchy and crunchy...even though we did shower the night before...gotta love camping!!
I was trying to take a picture of Roman on the move and I caught him just as he wiped out....
and no...I did not drop the camera and run to help him...I just kept documenting...what a good mom...=) no, really, he was fine..a little wimper and he was back to business...
There was a nice pile of dirt/gravel at our campsite which was fabulous for our little dudes...it kept them occupied quite a bit when we had some down time. 
Going fishing with Meagan and her princess fishing rod...the little girl was a natural...seriously impressed with her casting skills..Rocco needs some work...and maybe a more masculine fishing rod.

Our neighbor Megan came over to play yesterday and the boys were schooled on how to care for a BABY DOLL..it was quite hilarious to watch...Rocco and Roman both were fascinated...as you can probably guess they dont see very many of these types of things.
Cleaning is a necessity in this house on a regular basis and I have managed to recruit two little helpers.
They both do a really nice job..and it helps occupy them while I get the floors clean"er" they are never really completely clean...
Enjoying more time in the outdoors...they both love to spend time in our cozy backyard playing the dirt and checking on our slugs etc....
Even in our little backyard there is some nature happening, we discovered a birds nest in our maple tree..wonder how long it took to make that! It seems like quite a sturdy home.
